Experiential and place-based walking workshops are designed to teach the health benefits of mindful walking. We will meet at trailheads in parks around Saskatchewan, or on walking trails in and around Saskatoon and spend time together in nature, exploring techniques to reduce stress and anxiety while benefiting from the healing energy of nature.
